The Worklife Company is a professional services company that delivers coaching, training & personal development, public speaking, SkillSnax bite-sized learning, Dancing Round the Handbags® and Lipstick Leadership and support individuals and organisations to achieve worklife balance. The Company began in 1998, and now delivers work internationally.

Our work supports organisations to create great places to work. We work with clients to create modern cultures that support the diversity of work and life needs. The world of work is changing, modern and future focused organisations know this and have moved with changing times to create engaging work environments driven by customer excellence and the need for worklife balance.

The Worklife Company is headed by Lynne Copp, Inspirational Speaker and Executive Coach. Lynne and her team of associates and partner companies are passionate about releasing the potential of people and business. Lynne says, "The world of work is changing fast. Lipstick Leadership Research

Introduction

As part of The Worklife Company’s continuing Research Programme, we will be, during 2010, conducting an extensive piece of research entitled ‘Lipstick Leadership™’
The objective of the research is to:

• Explore female excellence in leadership and model behaviours that contribute towards excellence

• Explore female leadership responses to specific scenarios in the workplace in order to define behavioural preference in approach

We wish to invite senior women leaders from across all sectors to participate in this research. The first part of the research, which is being conducted up until June 2010, will involve face to face interviews with senior women. The second part of the research is an online survey which women can access via this website by clicking on the button below.

If you are a woman who holds a senior position in an organisation (senior manager, CEO, Director, GM, Senior Partner, Senior Officer, etc.) and wish to be involved in the face to face interviews or focus groups, then please email us at admin@theworklifecompany.com
