I'm Glad I spent More Time at Work! 237465-1e70f88d8745e9b47ef580c3bf662bd7

This A to Z of provides practical tips, techniques and ideas for making your organisation a great place to work. Old style leadership methods are no longer appropriate and organisations need to change (and change fast) if they want to attract and retain the best. This book provides pragmatic ideas for doing just that!
It is written by Lynne Copp, Managing Director of The Worklife Company. Lynne is a leader with extensive experience in people development and diversity across a wide range of organisations and industries. She fully embraces a strengths based approach to people development and employment; she says "people come to work to do a good job and if they are given the right environment, trust and choice, they will achieve great things". If you want to make your company into one that is worth working for and staying with, then buy this little gem!
