The Worklife Company identifies, designs, and delivers personal development training based on customer need. All of our training is designed and delivered to the highest specification and with a learner-centred approach.

The Worklife Company has been involved in training and development for over 20 years. The Directors and Senior Consultants have held top talent management roles in major organisations as well as in their own businesses.

Our training and development is learner-centered and that means that we understand how the brain likes to learn, how it retains learning and most importantly, how it creates action. We use the latest techniques in a supportive and effective environment.

For the organisation, we are keen to measure, track and report on learning outcomes based on objectives and through agreed tracking methods, can work with the customer to ensure that it fits their needs.

SkillSnax are bite-sized learning

SkillSnax are 90-minute bite-sized workshops. They can be delivered face to face, e-learning and m-learning. They are cost effective too and during this time of tightened belts, investment in learning and development will prepare your business for the upturn that will certainly come.

Our research has shown that due to increased workload and demands, people have little time to attend longer training courses. Time out to attend these courses only adds to an already bulging schedule of workload. Therefore, short bite-sized learning Snax, address the need for employee development; and the work gets done too!

"I wanted to refocus the business on the delivery of customer support excellence, and having worked with Lynne Copp in the past. I had no hesitation in asking her to design, develop and deliver, a training program for the whole of our support organisation - from the Contact Centre, throughout the field service engineers to back office personnel. The aim: to instil confidence in effective decision making and excellent customer service. The outcome was to ensure that the ownership of customer issues became second nature.
The Three day course was designed to be delivered in two days. Followed by a third review day after about one month to review effectiveness, and feed back on changes that had been witnessed in the working environment.
The effect was dramatic, The team building results proved to be enlightening, and the evening business results were amazing.
